My Pledge

I only use the highest quality chocolate on the inside (and outside) of my truffles. I never use oils or artificial extracts to flavor my truffles- I do things the hard way, from scratch. When seasonally available, I source all ingredients locally to ensure freshness and to support small business here in the Mat-Su valley. My truffles taste natural because they are natural. And you will notice the difference.
