Welcome to JB Chocolatier.

My Chocolates are made in my home in the wonderful little city of Palmer, Alaska. I want you to enjoy my creations as much as I do making them. I make 6 flavors of truffles and confections every month and sell them on a first come first serve basis. My chocolates are great for any special occasion: birthdays, sweet sixteens, wedding favors, even company gift boxes. Whether you are looking to do something different for Valentine's Day, the perfect Mother's Day gift, or creating an Anniversary to remember- my custom made chocolates can help make a very lasting impression.

If the flavors of the month are not what you are looking for, I also take special orders for 50+ pieces. I can customize shape, flavor, and colors to match your event. I encourage close collaboration with my clients so they receive exactly what they are looking for. I am unable to ship my chocolates at this time: I work from my home kitchen and current state laws restrict me from doing so.
