About

I was born in Palmer, AK and moved to Fairbanks when I was very young. I graduated from the University of Fairbanks Alaska with a B.S. in Anthropology with my main interest being in human osteology. As much as I love studying teeth and bones I also had a passion for making desserts. A friend of mine was a pastry chef and taught me about tempering chocolate. Little did I know that it would turn into a passion for all things chocolate. I was self taught until April 2011, when I attended the Ecole's Master Chocolatier Program in Vancouver, BC.

Please Note: I work from my kitchen at home.

Did you expect homemade chocolates to come from anywhere else?
